If you have experienced a loss upon receiving your order, just follow the steps below to receive a voucher for the purchase price of the reported loss.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Do not open the shipping bag.
  • Take high quality photos of the deceased sealed inside the shipping bag.
  • Complete all the required fields within the form and upload your photos.
  • Submit your form on the same day you receive your order.

If you purchased multiple fish and need to report different losses, please submit a separate claim form for each unique loss.

Claims are usually processed in 1-2 business days.
