Live Plant Shipping Policy

We dispatch plant orders on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday depending on your location.

We are not permitted to ship any livestock to TAS, NT and WA.

We offer a 100% live arrival guarantee on all plants. If you receive any plants dead on arrival, please take a high quality/accurate photograph of the plant on the day you receive your order. Delivery costs are non-refundable.

Please e-mail your photograph and details of your claim to online@naturepets.com.au so that we can process a voucher that will be sent to your email.
